Our main office is located in the heart of downtown Bucyrus at 106 East Warren Street. With Victorian decor and plush furniture, it offers a comfortable venue for counseling.
Galion Affinity HealthWorks
Our Galion satellite office is situated at 270 Portland Way South in the medical office building across the street from Galion Community Hospital. It is a kid-friendly environment, and brings quality service close to home for families who live in the Galion or Crestline areas.
